Tension values for 1.3E, 1.7E, 1.8E, 1.9E and 2.0E grades are adjusted to a specified length of 6 096 mm (20 ft.). For applications with shorter lengths, (6 096/L)^1/11 should be used to adjust ft for the actual in-service length.
